Commemorating the birthplace of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, this enamel box marks 17 Bruton Street, Mayfair - where Her Late Majesty was born on 21st April 1926.

The London home of the Earl and Countess of Strathmore & Kinghorn, it was from this very address that the future Queen Mother departed for her wedding, and where Princess Elizabeth was born in a quiet room overlooking the garden - an intimate beginning to an extraordinary life.

Created with the kind permission of Leander Architectural, the original makers of the commemorative plaque at 17 Bruton Street that was erected as part of Her Late Majesty's Diamond Jubilee celebrations. 

Handcrafted in Wolverhampton in the heart of England, the design is rendered in rich Balmoral green with elegant detailing. Using traditional enamelling techniques, this enamel box is a refined tribute to a remarkable life - and the place where it all began.
